Side Events

You can attend the apero on the 03.11. at 7:00 p.m. and the gala dinner on the 04.11.2026 at 7:45 p.m. free of charge.

For the tours of the Battery Labfactory and its labs and pilot plant we are offering two different types of the tour on the 05.11. at 5:30 p.m. Please be aware of the maximum capacity of 20 person per tour and an additional bus transport charge of 10,00 €.

For additional networking chances and intensified exchange with the european battery network we are hosting a networking event on Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the newly opened Fraunhofer ZESS. If you would like to attend the event an additional charge of 55,00 € will be added for conference participants. If you only want to attend the networking event without the conference, please select the ticket option “Network-Event”, where a total ticket price of 80,00 € will be charged.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations up to 30 days before event: Full refund of the ticket price (less processing fee)

Cancellations within 30 days before event: Refund of 50% of the ticket price (less processing fee)

Cancellations 14 days before event: No refund

Processing fee: A processing fee of 10 euros will be charged for each cancellation

Terms of payment

Bank transfer and credit card payments are available as payment methods. After ordering, you will receive an invoice with the bank details and a link that you can use to pay directly online by credit card.
