Cancellations up to 30 days before event: Full refund of the ticket price (less processing fee)
Cancellations within 30 days before event: Refund of 50% of the ticket price (less processing fee)
In case of absence without cancellation: No refund
Processing fee: A processing fee of 10 euros will be charged for each cancellation.
Bank transfer and credit card payments are available as payment methods. After ordering, you will receive an invoice with the bank details and a link that you can use to pay directly online by credit card.
